Refund Policy for Art and Studio Services
We’re excited to create with you! To reserve your spot for a service or custom project, a deposit is required. Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel, here’s what you need to know:
🔹 Cancellations: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. But don’t worry—the $25 will be issued as store credit, so you can use it for future bookings or purchases. (Store credit never expires!)
🔹 Rescheduling: Need to change your plans? No problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll help you find a new date.
❌ Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
