What’s Included?
Instructor-Guided Pottery Session
Create your own bowl, mug, cup, or vase with personalized instructor guidance, perfect for beginners and experienced potters.
3-Hour Pottery Experience (2 Visits)
3-hour experience (2 visits). 90 minutes to create your piece, then 90 minutes to paint it approximately 2 weeks later after firing.
Personalizing Your Creation
Return within 2 weeks to customize your pottery with colors and glazes that reflect your style.
Complete Pottery Finishing Process
We handle the full firing process to transform your handmade piece into a durable, finished pottery creation ready to enjoy.

How It Works:
Shape It
Get hands-on with clay and discover the basics of wheel throwing. We’ll teach you how to shape your very own bowl or cup, guiding you through every step of the process.
Refine & Design
Sculpt, shape, and smooth your piece with expert guidance.
Dry & Fire
Your piece will undergo a drying and firing process to ensure durability. It typically takes about 2 weeks to complete
Glaze & Finish
Add color and personality with a beautiful selection of glazes, once your piece is fully dried and fired
Pick Up & Enjoy
Your pottery will be ready for pickup in approximately 7 days

We then had to return today to pick up our pottery to paint. This time it was only us 2 in the establishment with an employee who again didn’t even care to provide us with good customer service. Very careless and nonchalant. Not an environment I would ever want to return to.
We just felt so uncomfortable and unwanted there. I hope this review gives Art & Soul the chance to learn how to properly treat their customers and teach pottery at a beginner level without making their paying customers feel uncomfortable.
They offer a lot of premade items to paint so looks like it would be a good place to take even fairly young kids on a rainy day. Our lessons for making pottery were $50 each but we were busy for an hour and a half (close to 2 hours, actually) so that's not bad at all! They provide everything you need except the artistic ability. I seriously lack any so will return to paint what was supposed to be a bowl but looks more like a candle holder. Still, it's mine! And it was a great experience with my adult child.

Do I need experience to join a session?
Not at all! Our studio is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned artists.
How long does it take for my ceramic piece to be ready?
Typically, ceramic pieces take about a week to be glazed and fired before they’re ready for pickup.
Can I bring my own ceramic or canvas?
We provide everything you need, but if you have a special piece you’d like to paint, feel free to ask our team!
